Had a great experience in your store today. Unfortunately I don't know the females name that served us. But she was excellent and nothing was too much trouble. We purchased chicken breasts a lobster and some prawns. I was very impressed with the Drake's prawn bag. We had a lovely friendly chat during this time. Also the young lady on the checkout was also excellent.
Excellent service and store. Clean, well lit store with well stocked shelves and a wide variety of “available” specials and specialty items. Ample room and convenient layout is an advantage of Drakes Golden Grove. Easy parking (including wheelchair) and access. Highly recommend!
Yesterday I went into the deli at Drakes and asked for some sliced ham, the boy who was serving me gave me some of the best ham i have ever tasted, he was polite and cute. he even secretly gave me a piece of ham so i could try it and see if i like it, his name was Liam Pendledunn
The store was nice and clean, also it was well laid out too. The lady at the checkout was friendly and talkative too, which is nice to come across.
Well laid out Drakes. Social distancing at express checkout a problem. Also 12 items or less should be easily monitored.
The manager from golden Grove called Stephen was amazing and very helpful! He helped us by shopping with us and unpacking! My mother and I went shopping and she's in a wheelchair with an oxygen tank! They have amazing customer service there!!!
